Another sunrise at the Hilversum Canal taken yesterday morning. After a very wet week, with amounts of rain that are normal for the whole month of December, it was a wonderful experience to be able to enjoy such a beautiful sunrise again.

It was good to feel the sunlight chase the darkness away. And the great thing is that such a picture can sometimes help me to lighten my inner darkness on one of those days when I need it.

Love it
mmm... I have a question. All the photos you take are from your country or you have a lot of travels to other places to take them??
No, most are just from here, even just from an area about 15 miles around Hilversum, i.e. the area that I can easily reach on my bike.

I do go to Kiel on the Baltic Sea though several times a year, too. So that makes a change.

And then we were so lucky this year as to go to Norway and the Belgian Ardennes for a week each. So that gave quite a choice of great opportunities.
as always, awesome stuff dude. :+fav: was the wind blowing?

Unforgivable. Such ignorant people. This calls for arson.
Beautiful! My daughter saw this over my shoulder and was blown away by it...we just wish sunrise was as late as yours once in awhile...:D
that is beautiful!
