Our first granddaugher Yfke has certainly been the best that we have experienced in 2008. She is such ray of sunshine bringing us ever so much happiness! So we enjoy every moment that we can be together with her. Fortunately this is at least once a week when we have our weekly "baby day". Some of you may remember: she is seven months old by now. I have more recent shots of her, but find this one from the beginning of this month still the best one.

I wish you all health and happiness in 2009. May there be a good light on all your paths.

I know how you feel. My first grandson is now seven months old. It is a wonderful feeling. She is beautiful.
