Artist's Comments

These three big oak trees in a field near the country-house of Alt-Bülk near Kiel/Germany are somewhat secretive. Situated in the middle of a big cornfield, they offer no easy access. But on this ealy August morning the corn had just been harvested, and so I got my chance before the field was ploughed just a day or two later already. In the distance you see just a little snatch of the Baltic Sea.
